About Ruins of Lordaeron
Ruins of Lordaeron is the ruined capital above the Undercity, in Tirisfal Glades. Blizzard lists it for levels 15–20, and warcraft.wiki.gg says most of its quests need level 16 to start.
It is the Horde's dungeon. Output Lag's report of the BlizzCon panel says it plainly: "Alliance players are not welcome." Both factions do get quests, though. Icy Veins counts ten: six for the Horde and four for the Alliance.
Finding the door. Warcraft Tavern says to walk through the front gate and, before you go inside the keep, look to your left.
Alliance: plan the journey. Warcraft Tavern's route starts at Menethil Harbor in the Wetlands. Take the boat towards Auberdine and get off where it stops at Southshore. Then follow the road west to Silverpine Forest and north into Tirisfal Glades. Spirit Healers are few and far between on that road. Once you are inside the dungeon, though, a death puts your ghost in the courtyard. Agree a meeting point, and travel together.

Warcraft Tavern: The Ruins of Lordaeron dungeon — map, location and bossesTo begin your journey, head to Menethil Harbor in the Wetlands. Hop on the boat heading to Auberdine (northern pier). It makes a stop at Southshore in the Hillsbrad Foothills. Get off there and head along the road west to Silverpine Forest. Cross that zone north until you reach Tirisfal Glades. Then move towards Undercity.
