About Blackmaw Hold
Blackmaw Hold is a furbolg city on the far northern side of Azshara, behind a gate. At BlizzCon, Blizzard's Nora Mills recalled standing before a gate in Azshara "in times past" and wondering what was on the other side.
Levels 55–60. That is Blizzard's table. It overlaps Shaper's Terrace, which is for 58–60, so near the cap a group has two new dungeons to choose from.
It leads somewhere bigger. Mills said the tunnels into Blackmaw Hold "run deep and wind far into the mountain". When she introduced the Barrow Deeps raid, she said the tunnels of Blackmaw Hold lead there too.
What is not known. We have not found a published entrance more exact than northern Azshara. A coordinate circulates, but we could not trace it to a source we could open. It is far above the beta's level-30 cap.
