About Alcaz Prison
Alcaz Prison is the prison on Alcaz Island. In the original game you could visit the island but not go inside; in Forever you can. Warcraft Tavern calls it Alcaz Prison Island.

Which zone? On stage, Blizzard did not say where the island is. warcraft.wiki.gg and Warcraft Tavern both put it off the coast of Dustwallow Marsh, which is what this page shows. No faction restriction was mentioned at the reveal.
Getting onto the island. We have not found anything published on how you reach the island in Forever. Settle how the group will get there before you set a time. It is far above the beta's level-30 cap.
