   Six shrines in the Pit of Refuse, and the order is not optional:

   "1. South 2. North 3. Southwest 4. Southeast 5. Northwest 6. Northeast"

   Done correctly, "Atal'alarion will spawn in the center of the room." Done incorrectly, the guide is blunt about the cost: "Perform this task correctly to not only summon the boss, but to avoid being left with a pesky curse."

   Why this belongs on a site about groups rather than in a wiki. A sequence is a coordination problem: one person clicking ahead of the order ruins it for five. The practical answer is that one person clicks all six while everyone else stands still — which is a thing a group has to agree before it starts, and almost never does.

   Say it in the run post. "I'll do the statues" is a sentence that saves an evening.

   What this page deliberately leaves out

   The rest of the temple. Bosses, loot and the quest chains are Wowhead's job and every activity page here links out for them. This page covers the one thing that is a group problem rather than a reference problem.

   Recommended levels from Classic guides. Warcraft Tavern's Classic guide recommends a different band from the Forever figure our registry carries, and printing both would leave a reader to choose. Each activity page shows the Forever number with its source; if beta moves it, the registry changes and every page follows.

   The layout itself. It is famously disorienting and we have no sourced description of it that is not a wiki reproducing its own maps — which docs/LEGAL.md §3 says we do not do. Read Wowhead's map before you go; that is what it is for.
